Euronext appoints VTB Capital’s Andrew Cornthwaite to board of Euronext UK Markets
Euronext, one of the leading Continental European exchange operators, has appointed VTB Capital’s Head of International Global Banking Andrew Cornthwaite to the board of Euronext UK Markets as a non-executive director. Andrew Cornthwaite is currently responsible for developing VTB Capital and VTB Group’s client strategy outside Russia and the CIS and driving the international expansion of the Global Banking business. His position as Head of International Global Banking at VTB Capital will remain unchanged.
Andrew Cornthwaite has over 20 years of investment banking experience. He joined VTB Capital in July 2013, prior to which he was Deputy CEO and Head of Investment Banking for Renaissance Capital in Moscow.
